A word from our CEO

For three years, I worked in a company in Dubai that operated in numerous industries, including real estate, travel agencies, trading, event management, etc. Here, I saw massive growth and the incredible business potential of UAE and the surrounding nations, now and even more so in the future. As we observe Dubai's ever-expanding population, on a fundamental level, there will be an increased demand for daily necessities, including shelter and jobs. Dubai currently has the infrastructure, logistics network, and geographic location to connect a market that accounts for more than two-thirds of the world's population within an eight-hour flight radius; MENA (Middle East and North Africa) has seen a 53.5% increase in people over the past 20 years since 2000 and has an abundance of working-class individuals with an average age of 28. Looking back at the tremendous growth Dubai has achieved from creating a city out of an empty desert and generating high value in it, we are confident that real estate prices will soar over the next 10 to 20 years. Dubai is a market with the potential for further price increases due to its growing population, increasing number of tourists, and significant growth potential as a country. With a global population of over 150 nationalities and cultural and religious differences, I am convinced that Dubai can be a bridge between Japan and the Middle East.

JCME specializes in buying and selling real estate and does not act as an intermediary for rental properties.
If I want to purchase Dubai real estate under my corporate name, do you also provide incorporation services?

Yes, JCME GROUP also provides incorporation services. We can handle everything from incorporation, purchase of real estate, acquisition of immigrant visa, and opening of bank account in a single transaction.
